Publisher’s Blurb:
It’s Judgement Day. And it all comes down to a fierce face-to-face confrontation that threatens the very foundation of the brutal Texas theocracy–and the lives of those who are courageous enough to oppose it. All eyes are on Camp Purity and it’s desperate battle for survival waged in the depths of hell.

Reviewer’s Comments:
While issue 3 is still my favorite of the bunch, the AT team cranked up to a level as of yet unseen in the series so far. If you haven’t read the previous installments, trust me, that’s saying something. Will Jen make it out of Camp Purity? Will The Witnesses be able to broadcast the truth about what is really happening within the walls of Camp Purity? Will the Frazier sisters finally be reunited? These questions I cannot answer here, but I can tell you one thing: We will get to see the extent to which numerous characters will go in order to do what they feel is right. I’m telling you, this is intense!

And as the intensity is dialed up, so to is the art. As a comic-book reader, there is little more gratifying than watching a series you are completely invested in start strong and just raise it’s own bar again and again. This is something that Mr. Douglas Brown seems to do every two issues. I’ll be keeping an eye out for more work from this man.

Bottom line(cause Stonecold said so): There is only one more issue in this miniseries, and so far every issue has been remarkably jam packed. On top of that, the AT nearly never lets their foot off the gas, even during moments of exposition. And even on top of that, the series comes with a dangerous message of where we can potentially end up if if tolerance and open-mindedness don’t prevail. It comes highly recommended.

After Twilight 5
About the Writer: TommyHancock (34 Posts)

Though the list of things that Tommy Hancock loves is quite immense, very few things have ever come close to his love for comics (Not including living things, of course. He's a jittery ol' hermit, not a monster). Fancying himself a writer, Tommy has aspirations in every form of media(Novels, short stories, TV, film, web series, comics(#1), etc.) and can usually be found locked in his room tapping away at his laptop, which is quite literally falling apart from the constant poundings. Lacking any artistic ability himself, aside from being able to string words together, Tommy is always on the lookout for a talented Lad or lass to collaborate with, so if you're in the market for a writer feel free to drop him a line. He only bites when provoked. Tommy Hancock lives in the California High Desert with his dog, Quincy. He resides in a house that is heavily fortified to withstand even the most extreme of zombie onslaughts.

Thanks Tommy for the kind words. I’d just like to add a small correction though. The colorist is Chandran Ponnusamy. We brought him on board in issue 4 and he’s been doing great with the book.

Doh! I will correct that mistake right now. He has indeed been doing a great job though, he took over seamlessly. The first colorist was amazing and he’s filled the shoes perfectly without changing the flow of the comic at all. Great job, Mr. Punmusamy, you will be credited immediately.
