In this return-of-Jason-Dyer-episode Scott takes control of the news segment telling us about Brian Michael Bendis signing a book deal with Random House, Avengers vx X-Men events and how the ‘Avengers’ movie is predicted to be any comic book fan’s flick. In Stephen’s Log he’ll review Star Trek: Ongoing #6, Scott will debut a segment called Digital Blast and in Issue to Issue we’ll review B.P.R.D. Hell on Earth – The Pickens County Horror 1, Star Trek: Ongoing #7 and Alpha Girl #2. Of course Jason’s return means more Rapid Fire Reviews and then we’ll take some Twitter Fanboy Feedback.     Not to give Steven more ammunition, but since JS brought it up…if comic book paper is made with lumber from tree farms, then they’re helping to sequester the extra carbon in the air, and are actually good for the environment. :p

    As for Star Trek: Phase II, Paramount has known about them since the beginning. But they gave the Phase II crew permission to produce the show, as long as they didn’t make any profit from it. Which makes this issue of denying them permission to film this latest episode a little odd.
