Reviewer’s Comments:
Supergirl continues to be one of the best books of the New 52. Michael Green and Mike Johnson were definitely the right men to write Kara Zor-El.

Supergirl has been left to the hands of Mr. Tycho. He is still holding her in captivity. She eventually escapes through the help of a Tycho employee who decides to help her as he saw what has happened to her and felt it was inhumane. She eventually becomes aware of her powers, and feels them come to their fruition. She eventually has her final run-in with Tycho. He is holding a piece of red kryptonite that apparently is a storage device for Kryptonians. She thinks it might hold some information from her father on how to go home. She uses her heat vision to blow up the engine of Tycho’s ship. She escapes with a somewhat damaged piece that is not harming her amazingly. She wonders whether she should go to Superman and whether or not he is actually who he says he is. Meanwhile, Mr. Tycho somehow survived……

Michael Green and Mike Johnson continue to make me want more out of this series. Mahmud Asrar continues to deliver some amazing artwork, and definitely has a unique vision for Supergirl. I hope this team stays on the book for the long run…..
